[_raw_ doent work ?

I try to use [_raw_ .. but it doesent work…
Could you help me ?
I use it like this :
[select* prestataire class:champ-moitie first_as_label “Choisissez votre prestataire *” “prestataire 1|contact@xxx” “prestataire 2|contact@xxe.fr” “prestataire 3|contact@xxx.fr” “prestataire 4|xxx@gmail.com”] and 50 other prestataire and their emails

Next i have use the E-mail tab like this :
to : [_raw_prestataire]

and Cc: xxxx@gmail.com (its ok for this email) with this body email and value return ok :
[prestataire]
[_raw_prestataire]
With the correct values instead

Could you help me ?
