_blank – new window default option

Hello,

When users add new links via User Submission form, the links will not open in a new tab. I have to change their links setting by deselecting “_none – same window or tab” and selecting “_blank – new window or tab” Is there a way to change the default so it will automatically select “_blank – new window or tab” for all new added links?
