Is this overly large? The previous time I did this the file size was just under 1gb. Not that much content added since. I’ve also had php errors to do with my theme after completing the overwrite, but I have rectified that (I hope). At 7 gb so far its taken over 12 hours just to upload the file to google drive. I have cable but the upload speed isn’t great. How can I figure out why this file is so large?

    Hi dailycom,

I have replied to your support ticket.
After making a hard refresh, export only creates 518.18 MB file instead of 7GB.

Yes thanks for responding. I’ve finally managed to migrate my local site to my server. Dunno why it’s taken a week to get it to work properly but I found I had to have exactly the same plugins installed and activated, the same versioning and another tip was to disable clef or the app ID and secret won’t match up. There was also a php error associated with my theme plugin Innovator. I had to reinclude a listing/category to fix that and delete any other backup plugins to exclude their folders from being included in the export file, just common sense really.

    Hi dailycom,

    Thank you for the update.
Yes, our plugin exports everything within wp-content folder and that is why backups from other plugins are also included.

Hi Ive having the same problem. It’s taking forever to export my files. It was never 7gb but suddenly it is. What should I do to fix it.
