503 Service unavailable error

    From yesterday,i have been getting 503 service unavailable errors randomly,sometime the site is opening other times it is not. I have checked every plugin,the issue is not with it. Also i found a hotfix wp33423 and i installed the plugin but to no avail. I am a noob when it comes to meddling with files on FTP,so please help me out here.
