502 error

Hi, we have a subscription to Accept Stripe Payment plugin.

Here’s our problem:

1. We get 502 bad server connection on our payment page (this happens on a random basis based on country where we accept payment from particularly in UK)

Our hosting/server provider said that :

jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2
jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2
jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2
stripe-handler-ng.js?ver=2.0.53:73
stripe-handler-ng.js?ver=2.0.53:168
jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2
jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2

So the 502 Bad Gateway is because of them and you need to contact a developer to fix this issue.

Both links are currently on legacy API mode(just to make them work in the meantime) as they are having issues with the latest API (error 502).

Please note that 502 error appear randomly but often.

2. We can’t seem to find where to log in, to get our plugin license, and update our addons.
