I can’t even load the plugin, it just times out and gives a 502 error meaning that I can’t even authenticate my account for tracking.

I disabled my apache kill script which has a 60 second time out and now I just have a spinning wheel of death when I try to run the plugin.

    Help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Hey @robyn017, can you see if your IP security has been set up correctly? If it’s enabled, you’ll need to whitelist your server’s IP address.

Hi @cliffseal, I did whitelist the IP addresses given to me by Pardot. After doing that the plugin just kept timing out. I turned off that time out option to see if giving more than 60 seconds out allow it to load, but it did not work.

These would be the IP addresses of your individual server (assuming you have IP Security enabled). You’re giving the server—and therefore, the plugin—access to the Pardot API.
