  • Hi @rohitsirji ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

The first is that I am getting the following error when opening the checkout page – “Sorry, your session has expired”.

This particular issue is usually narrowed down to a conflict with either the theme or another plugin, specifically, where some code within the conflicting theme or plugin is using any session related functions like session_start(), session_destroy()unset(), etc. in an improper manner.

As a first step, I’d suggest performing a full conflict test to rule this out. To do this, you can follow the instructions in our How to test for conflicts support documentation.

If this makes no difference, please can you share a copy of your System Status Report which can be found via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Additionally, please can you share a screenshot of the error message as you see it.

Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in your reply.

The second is I am getting a server 500 error while updating the pages using elementor

Does this issue still occur when updating pages while Elementor is deactivated?

If deactivating Elementor resolves this issue, I’d suggest reaching out to Elementor plugin support for further help with this, since support related to third-party plugins/themes is outside our scope of support.

Here is a direct link to Elementor’s dedicated support forum.

    Cheers!
