500 Internal Server Error with WP Super Cache plugin

Hi,

I’m having an issue with WP Super Cache plugin. The site is up and running with no issues, however when I test the site on gtmetrix and google page speed I get error 500 Internal Server Error.

I think there might be an error with .htaccess file but not sure what this is. I’m pasting below the file I’m using.
