It seems you also contacted us via email. We just replied, so let’s continue the conversation there! π
I’m having the same problem. I’ve taken the same steps as renatorm.
@kingary – you need to start your own thread and include a link to your site. This thread is resolved.
I understand the need to not “hijack” threads, but given that it appears many people are experiencing this same issue it would be nice if we could get some info posted here rather than handling everything in private conversations.
I’ll start my own thread, but if this thread is the typical pattern what’s the point in having a forum? We might as well just contact developers by email.
I’ve started a thread as well — to no avail.
@wpyogi I never claimed that I wasn’t being helped quickly; only that I would like to see problem resolution being handled on public forums rather than private emails. I’m quite happy with the response times.
@dlong500 – sorry, I misunderstood your point – mine was to people jumping in with “me too” and that doesn’t work so well here. I’m glad you’re getting your issue solved though :).
I would like to see problem resolution being handled on public forums rather than private emails.
My fault here, I guess. When people contact us via email AND via the forums, I pick one of the requests and help there. Maintaining a support thread in 2 different places at once can end up being very confusing for everyone! π
I usually pick the place where I got the most details.
In any case, @wpyogi is right: a new support thread with plenty of details is probably the best way to get some help around here π
I wanted to let you know that We’ve worked on a fix, and will include the change in the next Jetpack release. That should fix the errors you experienced.
