500 internal server error

I am getting internal server message after I upgraded a plug in and got an fatal error. The page is loading only partially, i get a blank white screen and have to hit return to force it to load. I also was using the facebook publishing plug in and when i tried to update it, i get a ‘faeebook cannot connect to server, certificate issues” message.

Please help! I don’t have coding experience.
I can log in to the home page and get dashboard but once i click on a plug in or other link, i get the internal server error?

Is this a memory issue? I deactivated all plugs and reactivated them but this didn’t help and tried rebooting my them page, but that didn’t help either. HELP PLEASE!

I called Yahoo small business last night as this site is linked to my web site on yahoo. they ran the back server which helped some but it still is intermintent issue. They referred me to you
