I cannot get my site working, its giving 500 Internal Error” after a long time to load the website.

I was updating my website, and doing several plugin testings, and After decided to restoring back to the copy from 19-Jan, but without including the theme option.

Now I cannot see whats the exact error, that I need to fix, or where are the related logs that describe the error cause.

the site is on IIS, with wordpress 5.0.3, and php 5.4.3.

    Hi,

A ‘500 Internal Server error’ is a generic error code that indicates that ‘something’ has gone wrong on the server itself.

You could contact your hosts/server admin and ask them to check the PHP error logs. The logs should contain further information on the exact error that is occurring.

I have this same issue start today. My website seems to be completely inaccessible. I’m getting errors like,

No such file or directory in /home/creativemantrane/public_html/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/updraftplus.php

and similar ones. They all relate to Updraft. The hosting guy says that the servers are functioning correctly.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks
    Andrea

@theshoppersnetwork Please start your own topic, so that your issue isn’t mixed up with someone else’s. “500” is just the generic HTTP code for “error”.
