500 error upon licence upgrade to WPForms

    I am trying to add my WPForms liecense to my client’s WPForms on their website and I keep getting the below error message – I have used the same license on 2 other client websites without and issues (I hold a 5 website license).

    “Oops
    Unfortunately there was a server connection error.
    500 error
    There has been a critical error on this website.
    Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.“

    It looks like you’re using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through your WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?
