500 Error after updating Settings

After installing the plugin and updating the settings, I’m getting a 500 Error when I try to view any page of my website.

If I remove all of the iThemes code from the .htaccess file it works again.

However as soon as I make any changes on the Settings page, I get the 500 error again.
