    I was trying to log in to my wordpress page and I got that. What does that mean and why can’t I get into my page to do an update?

    Do you have a security plugin? It may have detected too many login attempts and considers that you are an attacker.

    Sometimes these things reset after a couple of hours.

    If not, you will need to use ftp or your host’s file management software to rename your security plugin folder to put it out of action. For example:
    rename
    wp-content/plugins/my-security-plugin
    to
    wp-content/plugins/old_my-security-plugin

    This should allow you to get back in, then reinstall your plugin.
