404 – when trying to create a new post

    Evereything works great until I try to write a post and then I get the following error:

    “Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /lili/wp-admin/inline-uploading.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    There is another 404 that flashes in the feild where you are supposed to type the post but it disappears very quickly.

    Is it possible that this is a setting on my browser? or is it a permissions/configuration on the server?
