    Have you tried re-saving your permalinks under Settings > Permalinks?

    Have you tried removing the extra / before %postname% (there should only be one / character)?

    This sounds could be a jQuery conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?
