404 or Server Not Responding Errors Inside Admin Page

    I cannot access anything in my dashboard from Plug-ins to Drafts. It It was working fine yesterday wit no changes except to the content in a draft and now today once I get to the dashboard, that is as far as it gets.

    404 Not Found
    The requested URL /wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fbblog%2Fwp-admin%2Fplugins.php does not exist.

    Or, “server not responding”

    What can be done to get things working again?
