404 on /my-account/subscriptions/

    Hi

    Plugin installed, product created. I’m using theme salient. Orders are placed fine and a subscription is created, however there when I visit subscriptions under my account (/my-account/subscriptions/), it results in a 404 error.

    Any ideas how to debug the issue? Also tried other themes, same issue. Using WP 4.9.4 and WC 3.3.4.
