Is “Memberships” the title and slug of your membership levels page? Try changing the name and slug of that page. I suspect that you might have another membership plugin (not us though) that has a “membership” CPT or something like that and may be breaking permalinks.

Sometimes going to the permalinks settings page and clicking Save to reset the permalinks helps as well.

Also, double check the PMPro page settings to make sure the “levels” page is pointing to a page that still exists.

Thank you for the reply. I have found the problem is a conflict with the HTTPS plugin. I do not know yet why that happened or how to fix it, but at least I know where to look at now.
