404 for Google Picture Search "?" instead "?"

Hey,

all my pictures have fpor any reason a “?515ee0” after the ….jpg
e.g.http://bergtour-online.de/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Aueralm-pmsxx-65-620×350.jpg?515ee0

in the google picture search the “?” is not decoded (http://bergtour-online.de/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Aueralm-pmsxx-65-620×350.jpg%3F515ee0), so users get a 404 for pictures.

may this be a problem of the sitemap or do you have any other suggestions?
