404 Error when trying to save Restrict Access Message

    Every time I click on the Save button for the Restrict Access Message section, it directs me to a 404 page not found. What could be the problem? Please help.

    Hi @tashaongsm

    Please ask your hosting provider if the mod_security is enabled on your server. If so, please ask them to exclude the UM settings and see if the issue goes away.
