404 error when adding new page or post…

    whenever i make a new post at: http://www.theowler.com and go to the site the new posts dont show up. when i go back to my dashboard i can see all my posts but when i want to “view” them i get a 404 error.
    and…
    i noticed if i even make another new page, it gives me the same error:

    Not Found: The requested URL /life/ was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    any help please?
