404 Error upon Saving Form

    Connected to Mailchimp fine with API, and mailing list appears. When I try to save the form I get a 404 FILE NOT FOUND error. I turned off NONCE verification, but it’s still happening. Any ideas? Doesn’t happen on our DEV site, but it is happening on our live site.
