404 error on main but index.php works

    We recently switched to a new server and just got all of the files switched over. Our site is blueridgecaregivers.com. when you go to the site you get a 404 error but when you go to blueridgecaregivers.com/index.php it works fine. The htaccess file looks like it’s correct and the virtual directory is setup to go to index.Php. Does anyone have any ideas about what the problem could be? Thanks in advance.

    Instead of file index.php, shouldn’t the virtual directory go to root directory ( / ) ?
