I bought the Rosa template from pixelgrade and I’m trying to make this work without success.

When using the Customize tab to edit theme options I get a 404 error in the right part of the window (live preview) and options doesn’t save.

I narrowed the issue down to this plugin, tried without anyother plugin and with a default theme and I’m still getting a 404.

I even tried the plugin on different websites of mine and I got the same 404 all the time.

  • Hi,

An interesting fact is that I’ve worked at an update for Rosa this week and I’ve done a lot of tests with Customify without encountering this 404.

It sounds like a server issue, can you provide us more details, like WordPress version, PHP version.

If Apache is in use, does the .htaccess mess with the customizer?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I manage to fix my problem.

It was in fact a PHP version issue!

    Regards,
    Olivier
