404 error

    Trying to replace an image, and no matter what options (replace, replace and change name, keep date, change date etc etc), it doesn’t replace the image and brings up a 404 error page.

    It was working fine yesterday, but not today.

    Have disabled ALL caching, still didn’t work.
    Have disabled ALL plugins, still doesn’t work.

    Any ideas?
