404 Admin Page and Missing dashboard panel

    Hi all,

    My website having problem with the wp-admin and also the dashboard panel is missing.

    I tried disabling plugins and themes via FTP but the results are the same.

    Tried installing fresh WP files, didn’t Do the trick.

    Need help. Please and thank you.

    At first when accessing url.com/wp-admin , it displays “sorry, you are not allowed to access this site”

    Asked the web host to check the situation, they said can’t do anything.

    So I emailed the theme designer. He said try reinstall WordPress

    Tried it out, displayed 404 error. Tried logging in with url.com/wp-login.php, it redirect to the website but no admin bar or dashboard panel
