    Hi,

    Do you use a security plugin, iTheme Security or similar?

    Yes, we use this one: All In One WP Security & Firewall
    Not a good idea?

    Hi Dorothea,

    Go to All-In-One WP Security > Firewall > Additional Firewall Rules > Enable Advanced Character String Filter and uncheck it, it should solve this issue.
