403 Forbidden error while importing demo data

Hi,

I tried to import the demo data of proteo theme. I am getting the below error while using one clic demo import.

An error occurred while fetching file from: https://proteo.yithemes.com/demo-content/classic-shop/proteo-wordpress-export.xml!
Reason: 403 – Forbidden.

I downloaded the XML and two other files and tried manual upload but that time “Error: parsererror (200)” is popping up.

Can you please let me know a solution for this?
