    found the solution: Bullet Proof Security must add this

    # SFC Simple Facebook Connect Redirect Fix
    # Also fixes any other plugins that use the redirect_to= string
    RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} redirect=(.*) [NC]
    RewriteRule . – [S=30]
