403 Forbidden error

    Hey guys.

    Our website has been working completely normal until 403 Forbidden error showed up.

    Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access / on this server.

    Apache Server at http://www.agis.si Port 80

    When checking the error.log, this is what I get:
    [Thu Oct 25 11:03:20.511564 2018] [autoindex:error] [pid 11723] [client 109.182.51.149:51673] AH01276: Cannot serve directory /var/www/vhosts/agis.si/httpdocs/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html,index.cgi,index.pl,index.php,index.xhtml,index.htm,index.shtml) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive

    Any ideas?

    The error message shows that there is no index.php file found in the /var/www/vhosts/agis.si/httpdocs/ directory. Are you sure this is the correct directory where you have WordPress installed?

    You may contact your hosting provider to investigate this.

    I compared the files to other wordpress installation and noticed there are a lot of files missin.

    What is the best solution to get the website running again?
