• After installing your plugin, I can go my Question page and create ask new questions, then I can make answers, however when I attempt to make a comment in reply I always get a 403 Forbidden error. I can’t determine the problem after going through the settings.

    Hi,
I have checked on our demo and the plugin still works fine.
Please check and disable all the plugin to check this issue. Maybe, the plugin conflicting with another plugin on your site.

    Regards,

    Hi,

I was attempting to solve this, I deactivated the other plugins I was using, bbPress, Events Manager, and WP Document Revisions and that did not resolve the issue.

Next under My Site|Settings|Discussion I turned off “Allow readers to leave comments using their WordPress.com, Twitter, Facebook, or Google+ accounts”, “Comment author must fill out name and email” and “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”

Next under WPAdmin|Questions|Settings|Permissions I turned on Post rights to anonymous users.

Now if I make a comment while logged in with a WordPress account it will work and below the comment box it says it will use my logged in account. For an anonymous users it will prompt for email and name but it works.

How do I configure the plugin to allow anonymous users to make a comment without having to enter an email address and name?

    Thank you.
    Dennis
