It looks like the errors you are seeing are directly related to that bug report that you linked to.
According to the report it was fixed in the standalone WooCommerce Admin plugin 7 days ago. However, that fix is still unreleased according to the changelog for the plugin here (the “- Fix: Allow the manager role to query certain options #6577” line in the Unreleased section):

Currently in the core WooCommerce plugin, the bundled version of WooCommerce Admin is at 2.0.2, so it will likely not include that fix for a while:

Once the newest version of the WooCommerce Admin plugin is released with the fix for that, you could download it and install it to stop those errors from appearing in your Apache logs.

Thank you, Kellymetal! Can I install the next update of the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-admin/ without interfering with the version that is built in WooCommerce? It there any disadvantage of installing it seperately as a plugin? (or advantage)

When using the standalone plugin, it replaces the built-in one if the version is newer (the latest version available is used) — they don’t interfere with each other.
The biggest advantage would be early access to new features in the WooCommerce Admin functionality, along with access to bug fixes like this one that we are discussing! 😄
The only disadvantage would be if there are any other changes that introduce unexpected bugs. Of course everything is tested extensively before being released, however as is the case with all software, it’s impossible to catch/test everything (particularly in the WordPress ecosystem where each site has its own combination of plugins/theme/server environment/etc).
One more note: if possible, it’s always best to test things out on a staging first before installing them on your live site. If you don’t have one already, your hosting company might offer one as part of your package. Alternatively, you can use a free plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
