403 Error on Gravity Forms Callback

    I’m using Gravity Forms along with Stripe to process payments. Strip is saying the callback url (https://winterstreetdesign.com/?callback=gravityformsstripe) returns a 403 error. I think Wordfence is blocking it, though when I go there it loads fine.

    I tried adding a rule to the whitelisted urld for the firewall. This is what I entered:
    URL: /
    Parameter: request.queryString[callback]

    Does that look right? and does it seem possible that it is Wordfence?

    Hi @winterstreet,

    It could indeed be Wordfence.

    Could you please:

    • Go to “Wordfence –> Live Traffic”
    • Select the “Blocked by Firewall” filter

    Does the request you mentioned appear there? If so, you can choose to whitelist this action by clicking the “Whitelist Param from Firewall” button

    Thanks for getting back to me, and I should’ve updated this thread, but I figured it out. I whitelisted the url, ran a test transaction, and Stripe sent me an email right away telling me that it was working.
