    Hi there,

It’s been 3 days I am on this problem and I really need your help.

When i tried to finalise the Wordfence installation, i’ved got Wordfence installation is incomplete. Then I enter my email and accept the policy privacy. But when I switch to another page, this come again.

I saw this thread , same of mine, but it didn’t solve the problem.

In the console I’ve got this error :

    POST https://www.fresnes94.fr/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_fs_network_admin=true 400 (Bad Request)
    send	@	jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2
    ajax	@	jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2
    s.ajax.s.ajax	@	jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=3.3.2:2
    ajax	@	admin.1629122067.js?ver=7.5.5:1846
    (anonymous)	@	admin.php?page=Wordfence:208
    dispatch	@	jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2
    v.handle	@	jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2
    • I tried to desactivate all the plugins with same issue.
    • I tried to change theme for a twenty theme with same issue.
    • I am on a multisite WordPress 5.8 I tried to disable the multisite and try for just one. No error and i can enter my email AND the term & policy.
    • Then I able again the multisite :No more loop but same error 400 bad request in console.

Why the trouble is just on multisite ? The plugin work for other multisite’s client.
    Any idea ?

    Thank you for your help

Edit : In all option every change i make are not saved.

Hello @johnccg and thanks for reaching out to us!

It sounds like it could be a few things.

    1. Possibly a permissions issue that is preventing Wordfence from writing to the database.
    2. Could be an issue with JQuery, depending on what version of WP you’re running. You could try and download the JQuery Migrate Plugin, just as a test.
    3. A plugin/theme conflict, though it sounds like you might have already ruled this one out.

It’s hard for me to pinpoint the issue without seeing a site diagnostic to know exactly what is on your site. I do know in the past I have seen other plugins conflicting with Wordfence to interrupt the installation process.

Let me know what you find!

    Thanks again!
