    Hello,

I’m getting 400 bad requests error. I was in touch with my hosting provider who says that this is caused by filling the header section by youzify plugin. This is really impacting my site, which is production with hundreds of paid users registered. What needs to be done?

    Thanks,

    Martin

    Hello @mpiroh

    Thanks for reaching us

May I know where you host your website? Also, could you explain to me more details, please? On what page and on what condition does the 404 error appear? 🙂

    Hello @mpiroh

    Thanks for your reply.

We suggest you clone your website. And then you can do these steps and see if the error still persist or not

    – Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme. Also make sure you have installed BuddyPress.

    – Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.

    – Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).

    – On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true.

Let me know the results. 🙂

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

Thank you for advice, however it is Youzify plugin which is causing the issue. When I deactivate the plugin, all is working correctly. Users are getting following error:

AH00561: Request header exceeds LimitRequestFieldSize: cookie, referer https://tantralovers.org/members/admin/

It is not just admin, but all users, who’re browsing the iste for a while. When Youzify is deactivated, site is working correclty. All caching plugins are off when testing.

    Thank you for your assistance
