    Hi,

    Please can you provide a link to your log file for the problematic backup? (You can download it from the “Existing Backups” tab of your UpdraftPlus settings page).

    It’ll be too long to paste into the forum here, but you can download it to your computer, and share it with Dropbox, or paste it in pastebin.com, or any similar service, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    Indeed it does. This means that the mail was successfully passed to the mailserver on the server that the website is on.

    To know what happened to the mail afterwards, you’d need to talk to whoever runs that server. After the mail has been passed to the mailserver, it’s gone beyond UpdraftPlus’s reach and control; only the people who control the systems further down the line can help diagnose what happened to it after that. They’ll want to know what time in their logs to look at, so you should let them know that too (looks to be Wed, 19 Aug 2015 19:34:00 +0000).
