I am using contact form 7 latest version and Contact Form DB latest version

i am making a admission form for school
i want to Check 3 or more than 3 fields Child name father name mother name before form submitting
i used instruction http://cfdbplugin.com/?page_id=904
i am able to restrict a single field not in set.
But problem is that i made a school registration form so child name father name maybe same but all three can not be same for a separate form.
if we want to check for all three fields not inserted before for a separate form(Unique Form with All Field)
How can i will restrict that.
i used hooks http://cfdbplugin.com/?page_id=904 and able to restrict one field for separate form but not for remain fields
