Just to clarify, is this a new issue, or has it been happening since you first installed WooCommerce Square? If it’s a recent issue, do you recall making any updates or changes to your site before noticing it?
As a first step, I recommend running a conflict test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Square to see if that resolves the issue.
