    One client told me that ‘Your payment method could not be processed at this time. Reason: 3D Secure not accepted or validation failed.’.
    I think this may be because of ‘Liability Not Shifted’ (is set to ‘Reject Transaction’) or ‘Card Ineligible for 3DS’ (is set to ‘No Action (Braintree will handle)’).
    I would like find the source of the failure, but I don’t know where to put log instructions.

    Hi @tiberiuz3401,

    That error message will appear when the you have the Credit Card Gateway 3DS setting Liability not shifted or Card ineligible for 3DS set to the option reject.

    Then it means that if I select any other option (like ‘braintree will handle’) the payment won’t be rejected anymore?

    @tiberiuz3401 Yes that’s correct.

    Some merchants don’t want to process a payment if liability isn’t shifted so that’s why we offer that option.
