    Set up the app and secret etc, but get this each time I try to test: The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.

    The email is a full E3 user licence.

    Could you please check the email that you are trying to set up the API keys have a mailbox? It seems like you are using an admin email that does not have a mailbox. You can use another email and hopefully, this will resolve the issue.
