  • Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    Hi Esmi

    Thanks for taking time to reply. I am not an expert. Hence the following follow-up queries:

    1. for one of my other sites, the theme is the default theme. but the error is still there.

    2. how do you suggest that i reset the plugins folder. (i know how to access it)?

    i have poured over a lot of content on this site about these errors. is there a new release of wp coming along soon?
