2MB Media download limit

    I need to download last years programme into our media library but there is now a 2MB limit? Last year I was able to download our 2015 programme which is 5MB and currently in our library.

    The link for visitors to view our past year programme is on our homepage. We are one month away from doors open and I need to update this. How can I get our 2016 programme file into our media library?

    I am not a programmer and do not understand code or anything.
