2FA Failing

    Hi @makeupcandynet, thanks for reaching out to us!

    Are you using any custom login pages/modal popups, or did 2FA fail on a default WordPress/WooCommerce login page? Were you seeing an error or were you just returned to the login page without any error message?

    I have a suspicion that this might be related to an update we are releasing soon where hitting return/enter may work successfully but clicking the login button returns to the Login page without explanation. This isn’t necessarily happening for all customers but it seems like a possibility.

    Could you try signing in again but pressing return after typing your password/2FA rather than using the button?
