2FA email problem

I try to re-activate the 2FA, it says:
The code is valid for 10 minutes. If you want to change the status in this period, the new code won’t be sent, please, use the code you’ve already received.
but I can never receive any email, please advise how to do, if I wanted to activate the 2FAMany Thanks
