2.9 Upgrade Problem

Hey, all

I manually upgraded WP to 2.9, and I am getting a weird error after upgrading. When trying to login to the dashboard, I see a “upgrade your database” screen. When I hit the Upgrade the database button, however, I get a blank screen.
