2.7 Mistakes in link-template-default.php

    We have 2.7 installed and there is a mistake in link-template-default.php
    <div style=”font-size: 8pt”>[download_link] <i style=”margin: 4px 0 0 5px;opacity:0.5″
    class=”fa fa-th-large”></i>

    How can we override the file? I tried by copying it in a plugins folder inside the theme, but it didn’t work. With the next upgrade, the modification will be lost.

    you need to overwrite it if you want to change something there, in v2.7 there is no option to override it.

    OK, but aren’t you supposed to correct this anyway? Apart from that, we have a serious problem with the “wpdm-popup-link” which breaks the theme and causes the sidebar to increase in height. It’s caused by bootstrap, I guess. Like I said, we installed 2.7.

    Actually nothing to correct there, but wpdm pro have extensive templating options with easy template builder.
    actually v2.7 don’t have support for “wpdm-popup-link”
