2.6.3 install and it’s date/time problems

    I’ve installed 2.6.3, however whatever the date format I choose, it’s not displaying the date as I configured from the admin panel, or even using the code like <?php the_date('Y-m-d','',''); ?>.

    Version 2.6.2 installed on the same server is displaying it correctly.

    Anybody know where I should check to solve this problem?
