24 Hour clock in date/time picker

    Hi,

    I have a need to display the date/time picker in 24hour format rather than the default 12 hour am/pm option.

    This is on the front end where the customer picks the date/time.

    Is there a way to do this?
    Since this is using a jQuery plugin is there something I can do with that to use 24hour format?
