Problem solved. Someone had turned off .htaccess files on the server around the time of my upgrade. Thanks.

My comments feed (http://bkhl.elektrubadur.se/comments/feed/) is now identical to my regular feed (http://bkhl.elektrubadur.se/feed/).
This probably started when I upgraded to 2.3.1 recently.
